# About Us

Welcome onboard, fellow Astronaut

## Mission

Coinhall ([coinhall.org](http://coinhall.org/)) is the leading Interchain Trading Terminal, offering a seamless and performant trading platform for amateurs and pros alike. You can access real-time price charts, liquidity pool analytics, and perform aggregated swaps across AMM DEXes on the supported networks. We are also active community validators, deeply involving ourselves in the growth of the ecosystems.&#x20;

While data from most blockchain is publicly *available*, it does not mean that they are *accessible*. Our mission is simple - **to make sense of data so you don’t have to**. Our goal is to support you with accurate and reliable data to aid you in making your own informed decisions.

## Partners

### TradingView

The charts seen on Coinhall are powered by TradingView, an advanced platform for traders and investors. Supercharged by robust technologies across browser, desktop and mobile apps, the platform provides unparalleled access to live data e.g. [BTC USD chart](https://www.tradingview.com/symbols/BTCUSD/), the latest news, financial reports, Stock screener and Economic calendar.

# Markets

Dashboards

We’ve built dashboards to give a real-time bird’s eye view of the market prices and performance of tokens. We currently provide full-suite support for 13 chains. Our data is indexed in real-time on-chain as soon as the new blocks are detected, and all pairs are permissionlessly & automatically pulled from supported DEXes.

<figure><img src="/files/ZwIB1RTlalvLgjCNYX5S" alt=""><figcaption><p>Markets of selected chains displaying USD price, market cap, liquidity, volume &#x26; APRs</p></figcaption></figure>

By selecting `All` at the top left corner, you can view all pairs belonging to the chains selected. Information such as USD price, price change, market cap, liquidity, volume, and APR are shown in columns.&#x20;

{% hint style="info" %}
**Tip**: Sort by what’s most important to you by clicking on each column name. The image above shows that it’s sorted by volume in descending order.
{% endhint %}

With `Watchlist`, you can curate the pairs to monitor. By simply clicking on ⭐ on the left side, it will populate your watchlist.

* As a first-time user, we select all chains by default. But as a *returning* user, we’ll remember the chains you selected previously and show them (until you clear cache / use incognito).&#x20;

***

> **Qn.** What if I don’t like the way the Markets page looks?
>
> **Ans.** Let’s introduce `Settings` your customisation toolbox. On top of Markets' Settings, we also have App Settings to display number and date format. You can toggle:

✔️ **Verified pools**: Only the official project or its representative has claimed them

✔️ **Reliable pools**: Pools with at least $1000 in liquidity

✔️ **USD prices**: Whether you like native price or USD, we have both

✔️ **Display style**: Prefer the old grid format? Fret not, we’ve got your back

✔️ **Pools per page**: Fill up the whole screen or prefer a minimalist style

✔️ **Table columns**: Only show the metrics you care about

<div align="left"><figure><img src="/files/skbIci7GYdRrQfSzpXOu" alt="" width="372"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

# Charts

Up-and-down up-and-down

### TradingView

Our pair that we support on coinhall.org will have their individual charts page. These price charts also come with complete TradingView Integration, where you can leverage their indicator libraries and charting tools over separate timeframes i.e. 1h/7d/1 month.

<figure><img src="/files/88fNWFFKLYtKaAvcs8Bc" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

As a numbers person, you can view these for every pair:

✔️ **Circulating Market Cap:** Circulating Supply x Price

✔️ **Fully Diluted Valuation:** Total Supply x Price

✔️ **Total Liquidity:** Total amount of token deposits

✔️ **Volume (24h):** Trading volume in the last 24h

✔️ **Pool’s Annual Percentage Rates:** Estimated rate of yearly pool fees in the last 7d and only accounts for trading fees

### Project Links

To find out more about the project behind the token, we have a Project Links section:

<figure><img src="/files/zr1LV8S6D1wPYuxJOHtC" alt="" width="375"><figcaption><p>If you're a project looking to update these links, refer to <a data-mention href="/pages/rqxBQDzWesIOJMCbmIMO">/pages/rqxBQDzWesIOJMCbmIMO</a></p></figcaption></figure>

{% hint style="info" %}
**Qn**. Wait, what does that verified blue checkmark mean? \
\
**Ans**. Verified token pool means that at least one of the following criteria has been met:&#x20;

* LP sustained an average of ≥$200K USD for 30 days when paired with an L1 coin or stablecoin
* LP containing at least 75% of the initial total supply burned + token contract ownership renounced + current liquidity is ≥$20K USD
* Project has received external funding from verifiable investors, reported by a credible media source
* Token is listed on a reputable centralised exchange (CEX)

\
This is definitely **not** an endorsement by Coinhall and is not a guarantee that the project will not scam or rug pull. Please do your own research before trading. If you are a project owner and looking to get your token verified, please refer to [Token Onboarding](/for-developers/token-onboarding).
{% endhint %}

### Price across DEXes

Pools will reflect the price of the latest on-chain swap on that corresponding DEX. Hence, prices across different DEXes may differ slightly.

<figure><img src="/files/IuyC3repU99dX3jUuVG6" alt="" width="375"><figcaption><p>Same pair LUNA/axlUSDC across 4 different DEXes</p></figcaption></figure>

### Transaction Table

You can also view the latest Buy/Sell orders for any pair. It shows the date and time of the order, the price and USD volume, the quantity denominated in quote asset, the wallet that does the transaction, and the transaction hash.&#x20;

<figure><img src="/files/CInYtEmjLJCXGHTgKwWn" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

You can now filter and track wallets' transactions by clicking the wallet address. All buys and sells of within the pool by the address will be shown. This same buys-sells will appear on the chart so do scroll up to see them. &#x20;

<figure><img src="/files/zxE4drtVxNosr7Olzd6I" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

# Swap

Introducing Hallswap

Hallswap Aggregation Protocol gathers liquidity from decentralised exchanges (DEXes) and executes the most efficient route for a swap between any 2 tokens, including non-direct pairs. Hallswap also automatically: &#x20;

* Lists any pairs as long as it’s created on the DEXes that are supported. Users can be assured that they can trade new tokens as soon as they launch on the blockchain
* Picks up any pool for any of the DEXes we aggregate. Hence, Hallswap always has the liquidity for any pair that is listed as soon as it is available

<figure><img src="/files/Zbn6q8nqO3cW9NfhbEBv" alt="" width="369"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### Trade with Hallswap

1. Connect your wallet by clicking the button **Connect Wallet** at the top right-hand corner of the page
2. A pop-up will appear, prompting you to select the wallet of your choice. Make sure that you have the web extension or mobile app of the wallet&#x20;
3. Choose the pair you would like to swap from.
   1. Search bar - search the token of your liking
   2. Markets - select the pair you wish to swap
      * Right beside the price chart, you can swap immediately using **Hallswap** (*no need to open another tab/website to trade*). Enter the amount of tokens you want to spend. Hallswap will find the best-priced routes for you.&#x20;

{% hint style="info" %}
Before you hit that Swap button — Hallswap provides important price information for you before you make that swap.&#x20;

**Slippage**: It determines the minimum number of tokens you will receive. A slippage of 0.5% means if the price slips > 1% of your quote, the transaction will fail. This is because, between the time you get a quote and the time you execute the trade, the price may change. If the price falls below your slippage rate, then the transaction will fail to prevent you from getting fewer tokens than you want.<br>

**Price Impact**: The size of your trade can also affect the rate that you get. Price impact measures how much the size of your trade is affecting your price. It is correlated with the amount of liquidity in the pool. Price impact is usually high in an illiquid pool or small pool. If there is not enough liquidity to fulfil a big order, a user may lose a significant portion of their funds.<br>

**Min Required**: This is the minimum amount of tokens you are guaranteed to receive and is based on your slippage settings but also has to factor in all the fees.<br>

**Tx Fee**: This is the fee you will pay for the transaction regardless if the transaction is successful or not.
{% endhint %}

4. After clicking the **Swap** button, the wallet you have connected to Coinhall will ask you to key in your password. You can look through the swap details under ‘Execute Contract’. After you click **Post**, your swap will be executed.&#x20;
5. A notification will appear in the middle of the Coinhall screen once the transaction is successful. You can click the transaction hash to view the details. Hooray, you have successfully swapped with Hallswap 🥳

# Rewards

Complete missions and earn rewards

Coinhall supports the participation and claiming of Genie campaign rewards. You can browse the campaigns that are live on [coinhall.org/rewards](http://coinhall.org/rewards), participate in the campaigns that you are eligible for, and claim your rewards. All campaigns are powered by [Genie](https://genie.coinhall.org/).

<figure><img src="/files/6KbkV9z1ySvG9y8phJe3" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### Campaign Components

<figure><img src="/files/z8yJBq33GhLemGfxAXi7" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

* **Rewards Contract**: Every campaign has its corresponding smart contract to distribute the rewards. This helps you to check if this campaign is legitimate<br>
* **Eligibility and Missions**:
  * You can only participate in the campaign if you fulfil **all** the eligibility conditions. The eligibility conditions are based on past actions performed using your wallet. If you perform the actions after the snapshot period, it will not change your eligibility
  * Every campaign will have mission(s) to complete before rewards can be claimed<br>
* **Rewards left**: States how much of the rewards pool is remaining. It is possible that the rewards run out before the campaign ends as the campaign operates on a first-come-first-serve basis. Do complete your missions early!<br>
* **Participation period**: The time for you to complete the mission. It can be a period set in the past (retroactive) or in the future. <br>
* **Claim period**: The time for you to claim the rewards *after* completing the missions.

# Alerts

Setting Price & Pool Alerts straight to your Telegram

Alerts were created for you to be notified on Telegram based on your preferences to be updated regarding the market conditions to facilitate trades.&#x20;

You can set price and pool alerts for the pairs you're interested in. There are 2 parts to creating an alert — (1) linking /chat\_id and (2) customising the alert.&#x20;

#### Linking chat\_id

1. After connecting your wallet, navigate to the Alerts. You are required to log in by connecting your wallet and signing a message. A pop-up will appear when you click **Login**.
2. ![](/files/vqiIW3Sg2y0fAHrSPg4h)
3. Go to your Telegram and type @**coinhallbot** in the search bar. You will see a cute bot with eyes showing up, click on it to chat with the bot.
4. Make sure that you are using the right bot, the one-liner should show *Price bot for the Cosmos Ecosystem* together with Coinhall links. To activate the bot, click **Start**.
5. You will receive this welcome message after clicking start. Type and enter `/chat_id` in the message field to get the current chat ID. A 9-digit number will appear. Click on the number and it will automatically be copied to your clipboard.
6. ![](/files/hWdgwnPlBEB3Kr5JVNNS)
7. Let’s go back to the Alerts section to paste your chat ID and click Save. You have successfully linked the bot!

#### Creating price alerts

1. You can search for the pair you care about using the search bar or click on any from the Markets page. Price alerts can be set for *all* pairs with your Terra Classic / Terra wallet. Let’s try ATOM/OSMO
2. You will be brought to the specific page showing ATOM/OSMO. Click on 🔔
3. A pop-up will appear for you to customise the price alerts. Enter the price (OSMO in this case) you want to be alerted and click **Set**. You can use the **Recurring** toggle to decide whether this alert is a one-time notification or every time the market hits this price, you will be notified.
4.

```
<figure><img src="/files/bsM8fXO2kbc0LTPI2oEI" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
```

5. We now have an active alert that will notify us whenever ATOM’s price hits 20.00 OSMO. But how exactly will we be notified?
6. Let’s go back to our bot. Whenever the market reaches the price that we set, we will get this notification through Coinhall’s Telegram bot. You can choose `📈 Chart / Swap 🔄` to buy or sell on Coinhall or look at the transaction on the explorer.

{% hint style="warning" %}
⏱️ The trigger price is automatically generated from the current price. And if it's a recurring alert, it'll automatically switch from > to < and vice versa after it has been triggered
{% endhint %}

#### Enabling new pair alerts

How do you know when a pair has been created on the blockchain? Check out our New Pool Alerts 🐠

1. Navigate back to the Alerts section, you will see New Pool Alerts section
2. <img src="/files/IZng27geg9OgukPyLn7M" alt="" data-size="original">
3. You can select whether you would like to be alerted for all new pools `All` or only when Coinhall verifies the pool `Verified Only`. You can also toggle the chains of your interest before clicking Save. The default is set to none!
4. Whenever there’s a new pool being created or verified, we will get this notification through Coinhall’s Telegram bot. You can `📈 Chart / Swap 🔄` to buy or sell on Coinhall.

# Token Onboarding

## Token **Listing & Updating**

We will automatically list pools for the DEXes and chains that we support. There is no liquidity threshold for the pools to be listed and we do not charge a listing fee for new tokens or pools.&#x20;

If a pool does not show up on Coinhall within 60 minutes of pool creation of a supported DEX, it usually means that at least one token within the pool is missing essential metadata (eg. number of decimals). Follow the troubleshooting steps below to ensure that your token has the correct on-chain metadata.

<details>

<summary>Troubleshooting steps</summary>

**For tokenfactory tokens**, use the following query:

```bash
seid query bank denom-metadata \\
  --denom='REPLACE_ME_WITH_CA' \\
  --node='<https://sei-rpc.polkachu.com:443>' \\
  --output='json' | jq
```

And ensure that the output looks like the following:

```jsx
{
  "metadata": {
    "description": "",
    "denom_units": [
      // The first item always exists by default
      {
        "denom": "factory/sei1...111/abc",
        "exponent": 0,
        "aliases": [
          "uabc"
        ]
      },
      // The second item is the important field and MUST be present!
      {
        "denom": "abc",
        "exponent": 6, // number of decimals that we will use
        "aliases": [
          "abc"
        ]
      }
    ],
    "base": "factory/sei1...111/abc",
    "display": "abc",
    "name": "abc",
    "symbol": "ABC"
  }
}
```

**For CW20 tokens**, use the following query:

```bash
seid query wasm contract-state smart REPLACE_ME_WITH_CA '{"token_info":{}}' \\
  --node='<https://sei-rpc.polkachu.com:443>' \\
  --output='json' | jq
```

And ensure that the output looks like the following:

```jsx
{
  "data": {
    "name": "abc",
    "symbol": "ABC",
    "decimals": 6, // This is the important field
    "total_supply": "12345"
  }
}
```

</details>

We will no longer take request to update token information manually and will solely be using onchain information of tokens.&#x20;

# Promoted Pools

Extend your token project's reach on Coinhall with Promoted Pools!

Boost your pools and increase your reach on Coinhall within the :new: Trending Pools section.  This can aid in driving traffic to the pool pages of your token and increasing transaction volume.&#x20;

{% hint style="warning" %}
This service is **only for verified tokens** (with a blue checkmark) on Coinhall. This serves as an additional layer of mitigation against scams, impersonation of other tokens, or rug pulls. \
\
Promoted Pools are **NOT an endorsement by Coinhall**, and are based on the limited public information we have access to.&#x20;
{% endhint %}

Only a maximum of 3 pools will be promoted at any time within the Trending Pools section and each pool will have an "Ad" label on the left. Each pool promotion will be at a fee of 500 USD/day.&#x20;

<figure><img src="/files/Z20lByLY4IbmsE0ZEQFE" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

# Hallswap API

Hallswap API allows developers to access liquidity on Hallswap supported chains. Supported chains: Injective, Sei, Archway, Oraichain, Neutron, Terra, Migaloo, Chihuahua

## Simulate Swap

`GET` <https://swap.coinhall.org/v1/swap>

Simulates and returns the most optimal swap route between any two tokens within a chain. This simulation may route across multiple different pools to maximise returns, and is the same API that the [coinhall.org](http://coinhall.org) website uses.

## **Request Query Parameters**

* `chainId`: the chain ID that you wish to swap on. Supported chain IDs include:
  * `injective-1`
  * `pacific-1`
  * `archway-1`
  * `Oraichain`
  * `neutron-1`
  * `phoenix-1`
  * `migaloo-1`
  * `chihuahua-1`
* `from`: the denom or contract address of the asset that is being sold
* `to`: the denom or contract address of the asset that is being bought
* `amount`: the on-chain amount of `from` (ie. must NOT be a floating point number)
* `slippageBps`: the slippage in basis points (ie. `50` represents 0.5% slippage)

## **Responses**

### :white\_check\_mark: **Success (200 OK)**

Returns a JSON with the following fields:

* `returnAmount`: the expected on-chain amount of `to` that the caller can expect from executing the swap
* `minimumReceive`: the minimum on-chain amount of `to` that the swap must output for the tx to succeed (this is calculated using the given `slippageBps`)
* `contractInput`: an object containing the input to the Hallswap contract with the following fields (note that this field is meant to be used as is - check out the examples below):
  * `address`: the address of the smart contract to run the `executeMsg`
  * `executeMsg`: the JSON containing the execute message
  * `funds`: an array of objects with the following fields:
    * `denom`: the denom of the asset to send for the swap
    * `amount`: the on-chain amount of `denom` to send for the swap
* `route`: an array of objects with the following fields:
  * `returnAsset`: an object containing the following fields:
    * `symbol`: the symbol of the asset that you get from the swap
    * `icon`: the icon of the asset that you get from the swap
  * `dex`: the dex that the swap is executed on

### :x: **Error (400 Bad Request)**

Such a response can be expected if:

* `chainId` is invalid
* `from` or `to` does not exist
* `from` is equal to `to`
* `amount` is negative
* `slippageBps` is bigger than `10000`
* No routes are found

## **Examples**

Note that this example uses TypeScript and the [CosmES](https://github.com/coinhall/cosmes) package, but can also be adapted fairly easily to cosm.js or feather.js should you prefer to use them.

```tsx
import { MsgExecuteContract } from "cosmes/client";
import { CosmosBaseV1beta1Coin } from "cosmes/protobufs";
import { MnemonicWallet } from "cosmes/wallet";
// Simulate swapping 13 USDT to INJ at 1.0% slippage in Injective
const res = await fetch(
  "https://swap.coinhall.org/v1/swap?chainId=injective-1&from=peggy0xdAC17F958D2ee523a2206206994597C13D831ec7&to=inj&amount=13000000&slippageBps=100"
);
const {
  expectedReturn,
  minimumReceive,
  contractInput,
  route,
} = await res.json();
console.log("Expected return amount", expectedReturn);
console.log("Minimum amount to be received", minimumReceive);
console.log("Route:", route);
// Execute the swap
const wallet = new MnemonicWallet({ /* redacted for brevity */ });
const msgs = [
  new MsgExecuteContract({
    sender: wallet.address,
    contract: contractInput.address,
    msg: contractInput.executeMsg,
    funds: contractInput.funds,
  }),
];
const tx = await wallet.broadcastTxSync({ msgs });
console.log(tx);
```

# Elevate Your Trading Experience

7 easter eggs you missed while using Coinhall and how to hunt for them

### :egg:1 Finding new tokens and pools

You can check out all the new pools added on the blockchain (for DEXes that Coinhall integrates).&#x20;

Under [**Markets**](https://coinhall.org/?tab=pools\&watchlist=false\&timeframe=24h\&sort=new\&dir=desc\&verified=false\&reliable=true\&chains=injective%2Csei), navigate to **Settings** and add `New Listings` under the Table Columns. The Interface is a platform by which the software is governed by and belongs to Intern Tech Pte Ltd. The Interface provides aggregation of live data from various Decentralised Exchanges (DEXes) and blockchain data. The Interface also consists of Hallswap protocol (the “Protocol”) and the software governed by and belongs to Halmos Lab Pte Ltd.

These Terms of Use and any terms and conditions incorporated herein by reference (collectively, the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Interface. You must read the Terms carefully.

To make these Terms easier to read:

* Intern Tech Pte Ltd is referred to as “Coinhall”, “we”, “us” or “our”.
* “You”, “your” and “user(s)” refers to anybody who accesses or uses, in any way, the Interface. If you are accessing or using the Interface on behalf of a company (such as your employer) or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms and, in that case, “you”, “your” or “user(s)” will refer to that entity.

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Interface, or by acknowledging agreement to the Terms on the Interface, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted all of the Terms and our Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”), which is incorporated by reference into the Terms.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING ARBITRATION: WHEN YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS BY USING OR ACCESSING THE INTERFACE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND COINHALL THROUGH BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT. AND YOU AGREE TO A CLASS ACTION WAIVER, BOTH OF WHICH IMPACT YOUR RIGHTS AS TO HOW DISPUTES ARE RESOLVED.

#### **8. Limitation of Liability**

Under no circumstances shall we or any of our officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, or subsidiaries be liable to you for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including (but not limited to) damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible property, arising out of or relating to any access to or use of the Interface, nor will we be responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from hacking, tampering, or other unauthorised access to or use of the Interface, or from any access to or use of any information obtained by any unauthorised access to or use of the Interface.

Under no circumstances shall we or any of our officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, or subsidiaries be liable to you for any claims, proceedings, liabilities, obligations, damages, losses, or costs in an amount exceeding the greater of (i) the amount you paid to us in exchange for access to and use of the Interface, or (ii) $100.00. This limitation of liability applies regardless of whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of certain liabilities and damages. Accordingly, some of the disclaimers and limitations set forth in the Terms may not apply to you. This limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

#### **9. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver**

*Binding Arbitration.* Except for disputes in which either party seeks to bring an individual action in small claims court or seeks injunctive or other equitable relief for the alleged unlawful use of copyrights, trademarks, trade names, logos, trade secrets or patents, you and the Intern Tech: (a) waive the right to have any and all disputes or claims arising from these Terms, your use or access to the Interface or any other disputes with the Intern Tech (collectively, “Disputes”) resolved in a court; and (b) waive any right to a jury trial. Instead, you and Coinhall agree to arbitrate Disputes that are not resolved informally (as described below) through binding arbitration (i.e. the referral of a Dispute to one or more persons charged with reviewing the Dispute and making a final and binding determination to resolve it) instead of having the Dispute decided by a judge or jury in court).

*No Class Arbitrations, Class Actions or Representative Actions.* You and Intern Tech agree that any dispute is personal to you and Intern Tech and that any such dispute will be resolved solely through individual arbitration and will not be brought as a class arbitration, class action, or any other type of representative proceeding. Neither party agrees to class arbitration or to an arbitration in which an individual attempts to resolve a dispute as a representative of another individual or group of individuals. Further, you and Intern Tech agree that a dispute cannot be brought as a class, or other types of representative action, whether within or outside of arbitration, or on behalf of any other individual or group of individuals.

*Process.* You and the Intern Tech agree that each will notify the other, in writing, of any Dispute within thirty (30) days of when it arises so that the parties can attempt, in good faith, to resolve the Dispute informally. Notice to Intern Tech shall be provided by sending an email to <gm@coinhall.org>. Your notice must include (1) your name, postal address, and email address; (2) a description of the nature or basis of the Dispute; and (3) the specific action that you are seeking. If you and Intern Tech cannot resolve the Dispute within thirty (30) days of Intern Tech receiving the notice, either you or Coinhall may, as appropriate pursuant to this Section 9, commence an arbitration proceeding. You and Intern Tech agree that any arbitration or claim must be commenced or filed within one (1) year after the Dispute arose; otherwise, you and Intern Tech agree that the claim is permanently barred (which means that you will no longer have the right to assert a claim regarding the Dispute).

*Choice of Law.* These Terms are governed by and will be construed under the laws of the state of Singapore, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, govern the Terms and any Dispute between you and us. Any Dispute under these Terms shall be finally settled by Binding Arbitration (as defined below).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC Rules") for the time being in force, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause. You further agree that the Interface shall be deemed to be based solely in Singapore and that, although the Interface may be available in other jurisdictions, its availability does not give rise to general or specific personal jurisdiction in any forum outside of Singapore.

*Authority of Arbitrator.* As limited by these Terms and applicable arbitration rules, the arbitrator will have: (a) the exclusive authority and jurisdiction to make all procedural and substantive decisions regarding a Dispute; and (b) the authority to grant any remedy that would otherwise be available in court. The arbitrator may only conduct an individual arbitration and may not consolidate more than one individual s claims, preside over any type of class or representative proceeding or preside over any proceeding involving more than one individual.

#### ***10.*****&#x20;Miscellaneous**

*Changes.* We may amend any portion of these Terms at any time by posting the revised version of these Terms with an updated revision date. The changes will become effective and shall be deemed accepted by you, the first time you use or access the Interface after the initial posting of the revised Terms and shall apply on a going-forward basis with respect to your use of the Interface including any transactions initiated after the posting date. In the event that you do not agree with any such modification, your sole and exclusive remedy are to terminate your use of the Interface.

*Entire Agreement.* These Terms (and any additional terms, rules, and conditions of participation that may be posted on the website of Coinhall) including the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement with respect to the Interface and supersedes any prior agreements, oral or written.

*Privacy Policy.* The Privacy Policy describes the ways we collect, use, store and disclose your personal information. You agree to the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

*Survival.* Upon termination of these Terms for any reason, all rights and obligations of the parties that by their nature are continuing will survive such termination.

If you have any questions, claims, complaints, or suggestions, please, contact us at <gm@coinhall.org>.

#### **6. Your rights under PDPA**

Under certain circumstances, you may have a number of privacy rights concerning the use, storage, and processing of your Personal Data (e.g., the right to delete your data). Here is a list of privacy rights:

* Right to be informed - we are publishing this Privacy Policy to keep you informed as to what we do with your Personal Data. You can ask us for Personal Data regarding you that we keep at any time. This information concerns, among other things, the data categories we process, for what purposes we process them, the origin of the data if we did not acquire them directly from you and, if applicable, the recipients to who we have sent your data.
* Right of access – You may ask us whether we process your Personal Data and you have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you.
* Right of rectification – You have the right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data about you.
* Right to be forgotten – You can ask for the Personal Data that we hold about you to be erased from our system and we will comply with this request unless we have a legitimate reason, legal requirement, and other statutory basis not to do so. Even if we can delete (erase) the Personal Data subject to our active (ongoing) processing activities and cease its processing, we will nevertheless retain this particular Personal Data in our backup and archive storage to fulfil our statutory and other requirements.
* Right to restriction of processing – where certain conditions apply, you can ask us to ‘block’ the processing of your Personal Data.
* Right to data portability – You have the right to have the data we hold about you transferred to another organisation and to receive Personal Data in a structured, commonly used format. Please apply to: <gm@coinhall.org> to find out whether we currently support the provision of the portable file containing Personal Data we process about you.
* Right to object - You can object to the processing of your data by applying to: <gm@coinhall.org> at any time for reasons that arise from your special situation provided the data processing is based on our legitimate interest or that of a third party, or where we carry out profiling, use machine learning or automated decision-making algorithms. In this case, we will no longer process your Personal Data. The latter does not apply if we are able to prove there are compelling, defensible reasons for the processing that outweigh your interests or we require your data to assert, exercise, or defend legal claims.
* Right to withdraw consent - withdraw the consent you gave us with regard to the processing of your Personal Data for certain purposes.
* Right to complain - we take your rights very seriously. However, if you are of the opinion that we have not dealt with your complaints adequately, you have the right to submit a complaint to the data privacy protection authorities responsible. You can send your complaints to the EEA supervisory authority of your country of residence.

Please email: <gm@coinhall.org> with any questions about exercising any of the above rights.

#### **7. Transfer of Personal Data**

Transfers to third countries shall be made subject to appropriate safeguards, namely Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the supervisory authority and approved by the Commission. Copy of the foregoing appropriate safeguards may be obtained by you upon a prior written request sent. We may instruct you on further steps to be taken with the purpose of obtaining such a copy, including your obligation to assume confidentiality commitments in connection with being disclosed the Coinhall proprietary and personal information of third parties as well as terms of their relationships with Coinhall.

Keep in mind that the use of the Interface based on public blockchains is intended to immutably record transactions across wide networks of computer systems. Many blockchains are open to forensic analysis which can lead to deanonymisation and the unintentional revelation of Personal Data, in particular when blockchain data is combined with other data. Because blockchains are decentralised or third-party networks that are not controlled or operated by us, we are not able to erase, modify, or alter Personal Data from such networks.

#### **8. Data Integrity & Security of Processing**

We take data security very seriously. We work hard to protect the Personal Data you provide us from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access. We utilise a variety of safeguards such as encryption, digital and physical access controls, non-disclosure agreements, and other technical and organisational measures to protect the Personal Data submitted to us, both during transmission and once it is at rest.

Please note that no electronic transmission, storage, or processing of Personal Data can be entirely secure. We cannot guarantee that the security measures we have in place to safeguard Personal Data will never be defeated or fail, or that those measures will always be sufficient or effective. Therefore, although we are committed to protecting your privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect that your Personal Data will always remain private or secure.
